• Report any suspicious activity or disorderly conduct in the waiting room to supervisors.
• Comfort patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering questions, and updating patients on provider wait times.
• Records and distributes electronic messages accurately.
• Assists patients with patient portal enrollment, navigation, and education.

• Collects patient specimens.
• Works as phlebotomist and processor.

• Follows the AIDET communication adopted by this institution.
• Enters data into the Lab. Information System and control monitoring websites.

• Disposes of biohazard bi products properly according to OSHA.
